How can I place an order?
To place an order, simply browse our website, select the desired items, and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping and payment details to complete the purchase.

Is an account required to place an order?
No, you don't need to have an account to place an order. While you can also place an order as a guest, there are additional perks to having an account with us:

  • Receive updates on new releases and special promotions

What if I forgot my password?
Click "Forgotten Password?" on the login page to receive an email with a link to create a new password.

What if I typed the wrong email address?
Please contact us to update your email address. While we can modify your email address, name, and address, please note that we cannot change your order. It's crucial to ensure your address details are complete to avoid any issues with package delivery. Failure to provide accurate address information may result in the package being returned to us, or we may need to disregard your request to prevent inconvenience for all parties involved.

Are there any exchange rates?
All of our transactions are in Pounds Sterling. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated by the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Maestro. Additionally, we offer secure payment options such as PayPal and Apple Pay for your convenience.

How secure is my online order?
When you purchase online using your credit card, all your information is entered into a secure SSL web page.  It's then SSL-Encrypted and transmitted directly to our credit card provider's network for authorization and approval. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. We also adhere to strict privacy policies to safeguard your information.

How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right, at any time following receipt of the order, to accept or decline the order or any part thereof, at our sole discretion, even after the Customer has received an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. In the event that the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is subsequently canceled, we will provide a credit to the original method of payment.
Please be aware that any cancellations made after an order has been placed will incur a cancellation fee of £0.6, regardless of the timing of the cancellation (even if it occurs immediately), as our merchant processor/credit card imposes charges for cancellations. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

How do I set my shipping address?
Since our website and service are based on English, all information must be entered using English input methods, including punctuation. If any letters in your address contain non-English characters, we recommend substituting them with similar English ones. For example, you may change the letter "?" to "c".

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be revised. We kindly request you update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address.

Do you ship outside the UK?
No, we currently only offer delivery within the UK.

When will my order arrive?
The delivery time is determined by the shipping option you have selected. Once your order has been shipped, we will email your tracking information the following day, as tracking details typically become available 24 hours after shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can utilize this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Promotion and discount codes cannot be used simultaneously with other promotions and discounts unless otherwise specified.

What should I do if there are missing items in my order? 
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.

When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse abroad. Please anticipate additional processing time during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the order date and shipped the following day after processing. Please be aware that we do not ship on weekends.
If you haven't received tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the date of your payment completion, please contact us for assistance.

Am I subject to customs duties and taxes?
The prices shown on our website are tax-free in Pounds Sterling, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes upon receiving your order. Import taxes, duties, and other related customs fees may be imposed once your order reaches its destination, as determined by your local customs office.
You are responsible for payment of these charges and taxes, and they will not be covered by us.  Please note that we are not accountable for delays caused by the customs department in your country.  For more information on charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office. 

How do I return an item?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will assess the return request and provide further instructions if it's approved.
For a list of final sale items, please refer to our Returns Policy. Please ensure that all returns are in their original condition with the packaging intact.

I received a faulty item, what should I do?
If you've received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, photographs of the item(s), and any related references when contacting us. We'll make every effort to resolve your case promptly.
Regarding the returns process with this item, it may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return for processing. Rest assured, we'll email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. For inquiries regarding the posting of the credit to your account, please contact the card-issuing bank directly. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Reach out to the bank or credit card company. Please allow some time for the refund to be posted to your account.
